Instructor: Agnieszka Wianecka, MA – a graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań. As a dietitian, I specialize in both clinical dietetics (diet therapy for metabolic and hormone-dependent diseases) and sports dietetics. I run a dietetics practice, serve as a trainer, and create educational content and articles. For several years, I have been gaining knowledge and skills, which I eagerly share with my students. I am open to alternative thinking, although I do not mindlessly succumb to the fleeting trends that abound in dietetics.
